Stephen O’Brien

Director, Service Initiatives

Mr. O’Brien has 26 years of experience, managing complex and specialized operations in the high-tech and electronics sectors. The past 12 years were specifically focused on the POS industry. Prior to joining Ingenico Group in 2011 to head up Ingenico Group Services, he held a number of senior positions in the support and supply chain organizations at MSC, Moneris Solutions and Hewlett Packard - Canada.  Results-oriented, he is a staunch advocate of continuous process improvement, focused on delivering services that not only meet but exceed expectations. Mr. O’Brien has extensive experience in vendor rationalization and transition planning.
